Meet Justin Wee, our Principal Physiotherapist with a specialisation in Sports and Musculoskeletal Injury Management, bringing over 17 years of valuable experience to the team.
Justin’s career began in 2007, and in 2012, he was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan Award, allowing him to pursue a Master of Science in High-Performance Science at Bond University, where he earned a spot on the Vice Chancellor’s List for all three semesters.
As the lead physiotherapist at TTSH Sports Medicine and Surgery Clinic, Justin worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons to create and implement tailored rehabilitation programmes for patients dealing with both surgical and non-surgical sports injuries. His approach to care is highly individualised, drawing on a range of techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, taping, and specific rehabilitation exercises. Justin’s aim is to facilitate recovery and help patients return to peak performance efficiently. He also has extensive experience in sports physiotherapy, having worked with national team athletes, further highlighting his role in supporting athletes’ performance and recovery.
Justin continues to develop his expertise through advanced certifications, including Kettle Bell Coach, Weight Training Coach, CrossFit Trainer, MoveNat Trainer, and ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist. These qualifications ensure that his treatments are both effective and up-to-date.
In addition to his clinical work, Justin is passionate about education. For over 17 years, he has been a clinical educator, guiding the next generation of physiotherapists. He currently serves as an associate faculty member at the Singapore Institute of Technology, where he shares his knowledge and experience with students and young professionals.
Justin’s blend of experience, advanced training, and personalised care makes him a valuable member of our team, dedicated to ensuring the best possible recovery and performance for his patients.
In his free time, Justin has swapped his love for coffee and watches for brewing kombucha and exploring the outdoors through hiking.
